1 · What we collect
Account info (name, email, shipping address), order history, device telemetry (IP, user-agent, referrer), and cookies — strictly necessary plus, with your consent, analytics and advertising.
2 · Why
Fulfill orders, ship hardware, run warranty/RMA, send transactional email, and — with consent — measure site performance and serve relevant ads.
2b · Tony, the AI assistant
Tony is an AI assistant. When you chat with Tony we store the conversation, the rider profile you describe (discipline, level, weight, spots, gear, budget) and, if you ask for a report, your name, email and optional phone number, in our database (Supabase, US region). We use this to size your setup, to email you the report and preliminary quote, and so the human Tony can follow up and finalise a sale. Messages are processed by Anthropic to generate replies and are not used to train their models. Spot conditions come from AllyOS Connect. Reports are stored privately and linked only by an unguessable token. Email privacy@oxzawind.com to see or delete what we hold about you.
3 · Your rights (US state laws)
Residents of CA, CO, CT, VA, UT, TX, OR, MT and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may: access, delete, correct, port, and opt out of targeted advertising. Submit requests to privacy@oxzawind.com. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
3b · Your rights (EU/UK — GDPR)
If you're in the EU/UK, our legal basis is contract (order fulfillment) and consent (analytics/ads). You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time via the cookie button in the bottom-left corner of every page. 4 · Sharing
E-commerce platform and payment processing (Shopify), shipping carriers, transactional email, analytics (with consent). We do not sell personal information for money.
5 · Children
Not directed at users under 13 (COPPA).
