1 · Acceptance
Using oxzawind.com constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2 · Orders & pricing
Prices in USD, subject to change. Sales tax added at checkout per state nexus rules.
3 · Warranty
2-year structural warranty on carbon components. Crash replacement at cost. This warranty does not exclude implied warranties under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act where applicable.
4 · Returns
30-day return on unused product. Custom builds — custom fuselages and request-build gear — are non-returnable.
5 · Disclaimer of liability
Foiling carries inherent risk. OXZA disclaims liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. Use protective gear.
6 · Governing law & arbitration
State of Oregon. Binding individual arbitration; class actions waived. Small claims court excepted.
7 · Partner links
Some pages on The Grid list gear made and sold by other brands, because a rider here rides it. Those links leave oxzawind.com. The order, price, shipping, warranty and returns are that brand's, under its own terms — sections 2 to 4 above do not apply. Where a link is an affiliate link, the page says so, and OXZA may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. OXZA does not list gear it is paid to list.
