2 · Orders & pricing

Prices in USD, subject to change. Sales tax added at checkout per state nexus rules.

3 · Warranty

2-year structural warranty on carbon components. Crash replacement at cost. This warranty does not exclude implied warranties under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act where applicable.

4 · Returns

30-day return on unused product. Custom-shop builds are non-returnable.

5 · Disclaimer of liability

Foiling carries inherent risk. OXZA disclaims liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. Use protective gear.

6 · Governing law & arbitration

State of Oregon. Binding individual arbitration; class actions waived. Small claims court excepted.
