Boilerplate
Short. OXZA designs and builds the REVSTAR hydrofoil system — front wings, masts, fuselages, stabilizers and the OX Lock connection — in Hood River, Oregon, and sells it direct to wingfoil, windsurf-foil and kitefoil riders.
Long. OXZA designs and builds the REVSTAR hydrofoil system — front wings, masts, fuselages, stabilizers and the OX Lock connection — in Hood River, Oregon, and sells it direct to wingfoil, windsurf-foil and kitefoil riders. Founded by Tony Logosz — shaping since 1981, chief designer at Slingshot Sports from 1999 to 2024, and named inventor on three US patents including the one-pump inflatable kite manifold — OXZA removes the distributor, dealer and rep layers so the gear costs what it costs to build. REVSTAR is organised around five ride families — Allround, Carve, Lift, Race and Speed — across one connected, compatibility-checked system, built with the TRON-X construction programme and tested daily in the Columbia River Gorge.

Founder
Tony Logosz has been shaping boards since 1981 — in Utah first, then in the Columbia River Gorge, where the wind makes the testing honest. He ran Logosz Sailboards out of Hood River through the eighties and nineties, and in 1999 co-founded Slingshot Sports in the same town, where he spent twenty-five years as chief designer. He is the named inventor on three US patents, among them the manifold that lets an inflatable kite fill every strut from a single valve — the one-pump system, now standard on essentially every inflatable kite made. He designed the Fuel and the RPM, drew Slingshot's first foil in 2000, and built the first hand-held wing prototypes in 2011. He founded OXZA in 2024 and builds the REVSTAR foil system in Hood River, sold direct to riders.
OXZA is that record sold without a middle layer. He still shapes, tests and answers email from the same workshop in Hood River. Full timeline and patent detail on the about page.

- Direct-to-rider in a dealer-driven category — what it does to price and to product decisions.
- OX Lock: fourteen revisions to a connection most brands treat as an afterthought. Dev log.
- T8 compatibility as a deliberate migration path for SAB / Phantasm-style riders. Guide.
- The man who patented the one-pump kite inflation system now sells foils direct. About.
- Wing foiling attribution, stated carefully: OXZA does not claim Tony Logosz invented wing foiling. Several people arrived at the idea in the same window: Naish prototyped in autumn 2018, and Ken Winner at Duotone and Rob Whittall at Ozone have their own claims. What the public record shows is that Tony's prototypes are the earliest documented — built 2011, ridden on a foil 2015, shipped 2019. We publish the dates and leave the crown alone.
- Why the Speed Halo specs are still blank. Post.
