Span
Span — tip to tip across the frontwing. The first number to read: it predicts roll rate and how the wing turns.
Span is the tip-to-tip measurement across the frontwing, and it is the number to read first. A shorter-span wing rolls more easily and feels quicker from rail to rail; a longer-span wing sits more locked-in and takes more input to roll. OXZA names its wings by span rather than area because area is measured inconsistently across brands — projected, flat, outline — so the same wing wears different numbers depending on who prints them.
